The Perfect Recovery Drink - Chocolate Milk
I few weeks back my husband started pushing chocolate milk on me as the perfect recovery drink. He claimed it was the new, and natural, way to recover from my oh so strenuous work outs.
It didn't take much convincing for me to grab the Nestles 8 oz. low fat chocolate milk bottle right out of his hand and chug it on the spot. (not to worry, it is only 100 calories - but you have to look for the low fat product otherwise you're looking at 170 calories)
I have no idea if it is working or not, but it sure does taste great - what a treat, chocolate milk after every work out. That's nearly enough to keep me going!
